Thank you for your submission to the CONJECTURE short film. 

Film your audition on something as simple as a cell phone. Use a reader even if by speaker phone for your best audition reading. Reaction to words is a big deal when viewing an actor's work. 

If you intend on auditioning, confirm on LA CASTING/CASTING NETWORK (they are the same) immediately.

That is also where you will upload your audition by the due date which is Tuesday January 7th 2025 at 8:00pm.

VISIONARY MESSAGE 

In addition to casting a number of projects in 2025, I am also looking for a male,  future superstar to work with on a series of projects that recall the best of collaborations such as Johnny Depp and Tim Burton, David Fincher and Brad Pitt and Michael B Jordan and Ryan Coogler. Read below for more info on this

'If I were to create a star, I would find their acting strengths and weaknesses and build on them. I would strengthen each advantage and disadvantage. I look at Michael B Jordan (actor) and Ryan Coogler (director/visionary) and I am truly amazed at what they have done. NO ONE has done it in Hollywood like they have.  If you really study the business of Hollywood, then you must understand that their union created something unique. A power connection that has generated billions and a unique film curve. Sadly, being a man with a lot of time, resources, funds and a much praised writing skill, I haven't been able to find that one, loyal, talented actor that I can aim towards the stars and turn them into a mega success story. I have auditioned over 80,000 actors and worked with thousands, yet most people these days look for instant success and end up with nothing but a few credits when their journey in Hollywood is over.

 I hope to find the perfect actor this year. We have to click. They have to like my writing and vision. They have to be hungry and humble. They have to be able to handle drama acting with depth and precision.  We have to be fast friends also because when I go into an endeavor like this, I want to like the person and obviously I want them to like me. In whatever I do, I give it my all times 2.  I'll be up sometimes for 24 hours creating for an actor if I was lucky enough to be in Ryan Coogler's shoes and have a 'Michael B Jordan' by my side. A 'Michael B Jordan' in this example is an actor with a pop appeal, hunger, loyalty and talent that can take your vision to worldwide success.  This idea is something I have dreamed of when I was a kid in the 90s reading and studying those great Hollywood autobiographies from the past where they talked about how legends were made...and I said then and I say it now, I wanna be like that......'
