 THE 'WHAT' AND 'WHY' OF DUAL PROJECTS

 VISION: I have been creating since I was a little one in the 90s. I have seen many actors come to this town and leave without a career in the limelight. I have come across actors who had an incredible pop look, charisma and talent that I felt would be megastars only to see them retreat from LA without success.  This year I have reached the point where I have auditioned well over 200,000 humans in my career, more than any other indie creator ever. Back in 2010 when Casting Networks held a company meeting, they asked all their workers who was their most prolific casting person. Someone in that meeting told me that they all unanimously said my name. After which, the company took me to lunch and we had a meeting about the direction of their platform. I was able to show them my work on IPAD. It was an incredible moment in time. 

  I have created nearly 40 huge, live, multimedia events in my journey, each costing 20k+ per show. This is not me bragging, they are facts. In the midst of it all, my goal was to launch actors. When I was a kid I read Hollywood autobiographies like water. I learned a lot about the inner movement of Tinseltown. Back in the days of Classic Hollywood all the way until the early 2000s, visionaries would make moves to create superstars. This is almost a dead maneuver in 2025. The last time we saw a visionary create a star began in 2013. This is when media received word that an unknown director named Ryan Coogler had cast Michael B Jordan in his film Fruitvale Station. After the success of that endeavor, Ryan went out of his way to ensure that his muse Michael B Jordan became one of the greatest box office superstars of his generation. In 2025, that vision was punctuated with a resounding exclamation mark due to their extraordinary and record breaking Sinners film.  The Dual projects are in the same universe as the actor/duo idea where you build a series of projects around the actors. Instead of doing a project and saying 'bye', I build on a momentum. 

 
 THE PREVIEW PORTION AND ONE NIGHT:   I do a show at a large theater. The structure of the show features several vignettes (sometimes up to 8) related to the title of the show. For instance we have a title called DIABOLICAL this August. The vignettes in this show will revolve around this theme. Eight stories that are very different but still keeping the Diabolical edge connected to the theme. After this preview spectacle, audiences have now had a taste of different story lines and will spread the word about the ones they like. Word of mouth is one of the most powerful devices in Hollywood. Next comes the one night show for each individual vignette now expanded into its full length. The one night will be promoted strongly featuring the actors in the key spotlight (something that is not common when using unknown names). We will also release special invitations to industry powerhouses as we have done over the course of the last 29 years (next year marks my 30th anniversary). These invitations Illuminate the talent even further. As a result of doing this practice over the years, we have had Hollywood scoop up several actors from our platform that can be seen throughout outlets such as Limited Series. One actress who passed through this exact platform has her own hit Limited Series show now rotating on streaming platforms. Other actors who have worked on these dual projects have gone on to be in major motion pictures and tv shows. There was even an actor that was recently nominated for the ginormous supporting actor Oscar at the Academy Awards! Create, illuminate. Success. 

THE previews are simple. It is a very small segment of the bigger show. Rehearsal is limited. You will receive the script and work on it until you are off book. That should be quick. Then we block. I create the short preview in a way where the blocking is easy. 

THE SHORT FILM: The preview and one night event is considered one part of the dual project. The second part is the short film. The short film is taken from the source play and written in the form of a mini movie. The short is done on a set in professional manner.

These projects are not for those that don't believe in vision and don't understand the idea of a creator creating for YOUR success. Something that has been embedded in them since childhood .

 CLOSING: I am all about vision. I created this web site information on the overall journey to put a little more information behind my casting notices. Hollywood is a world where greatness can manifest in wonderful ways. Individual visions are not always understood. Most actors come to LA and only engage in the tried and true Hollywood formula (auditioning every day hoping to land something big).  However in this day and age, it is vision that is the leading force in creating the stars of tomorrow. If you don't believe me, study deeply on how Ryan Coogler and Michael B Jordan's continuous work and loyalty to one another led to the dominating smash called Sinners.  Research how Ryan Coogler called Eddie Murphy and Sylvester Stallone after his first success with Jordan. He called those two icons and asked if he could create  spinoffs from their legendary film property in order for his muse Michael B Jordan to star and shine. This is what a mentor and visionary does when he has loyalty  rooted in a talent like Jordan... When you have loyalty like that behind you, you can change the world for the provider of that loyalty. That is exactly what Ryan did for Michael...  Sadly, I haven't found that loyalty yet, but stay tuned and watch the explosion..
