 Simple Theater With Big Impact

Preview + One Night Spectacle and short film :  This takes place in a spectacle theater. This is the event where we do several stories in the form of a 10-15 minute preview. The idea is to whet the appetites of the audience. In the program we will have the dates of the full version of the preview story in Hollywood in the form of a one night. This project is $175 Its really an easy situation. Rehearsal has been designed to be simple utilizing the bare minimum of time. A one night event with a quick preview.  Then there is the short film that will be filmed on a set at $125 per filming day.    Creating and building. The best Hollywood paths are those that are continuous and move forward.

50 Seat Theater One Night Event + short film:  In order to make these endeavors make sense for actor and creator in a small but effective theater, I have created a vision with 20 and 45 minute live stories. These short stories are for one night and pay $75 flat These shorts will follow up with a short film of the source material filmed on an actual set set at $125 per filming day

Keep in mind there is no ticket quota for the live projects. Understand that the show is illuminating rising talent. Spread the word. Tell our friends and family if you are part of something. Hype elevates anything you do in this business. The more fans you gain, the more mileage you get out of an idea or vision.

BACKGROUND:  When I was a kid bursting with endless stories in my head and no real connection to Hollywood,   I went looking for the biggest theater in Los Angeles. Why wait for the studios when you can utilize a platform to tell your stories and entertain on your own terms.  I wanted to create a type of show that was more than a box studio play...I wanted a live spectacle. A show fit for a king. I envisioned an event that looked like it resided in the film world more than a stage play. For 30 years and 48 shows, I entertained thousands upon thousands of humans. The first thing I said to the audience when I introduced the debut production was that I was there for the undiscovered talent.  I was creating to give opportunity to those who may not get a chance to shine or be seen. When I started my endeavor in 1996, there was barely internet and no real social media footprint. Only a few networks. No streaming. No Netflix...we were in a contained world of entertainment. There also wasn't a lot of distractions in the world like today. As a result, the audiences were huge. There were no big names in these shows, just rising talent trying to make a name in show business. In the 90s, Los Angeles craved unique, original entertainment. The shows would attract major studios and entertainment entities. Again these shows were a spectacle with several short stories.  The first show had representatives from the likes of Sony, Warner Brothers and BET among the luminaries in the audience. I was offered a deal on the spot. Throughout the years I have been commissioned to write pilots for some of the story-lines I presented in the shows. Many actors were picked up in some form of another by the decision makers and power players in Hollywood. It has been an incredible and fruitful ride.

As years turned into decades and new generations hit the pavement, audiences started to have more choices. Social media dominated, more networks were added to the fold and platforms like Vines, Youtube and TiKTOK became a dominate focus in entertainment. Reality TV also became a big thing. With all the changes in the world, the theater spectacles weren't having the same type of CONSISTENT large crowds. I still pushed on. I loved creating opportunity. Heck, I loved creating.  In 2014, I rebranded and created a purposeful foundation where I would go 100 extra miles to illuminate talent. I called two large meetings in Hollywood where I pitched my idea to any talent tat would listen.  The first show under this re-branding was called CHAOS and it was truly a chaotic success. We had several major studios in the house. Talent was discovered from this show. It was a smashing success. One of the greatest moments of my career thus far was walking into the audience after this show and hearing someone yelling 'This is the greatest show I have ever seen in my life'. There was an investor who wanted to invest 350k in the 'future' of the REVOLUTION endeavor.
Today when I look on TV and watch films, I see people who I worked with, mentored or discovered through one of my productions. Its almost an every day occurrence. However after the pandemic, things changed in a big way. Streaming truly took center stage and became the leader in home entertainment. Movie stars were taking on streaming series unlike ever before. Streaming used to be a place where rising talent would simmer while movie and tv stars stayed in their place. However by the time the pandemic was over things had changed in a big way.

These shows were expensive. They cost up to $20,000 a production. In 2023. due to having to purchase a Broadway like projector (long story), the production ballooned to $50,000. In order for these production to make sense, I had to be creative and that is one reason I created the preview and one night events along with the short films. This would allow me to mitigate some of the losses from these big productions in a world that was now leaning towards influencers more than talented thespians. It also gives me the unique opportunity to build with actors. Growing higher and higher and conquering new levels in this thing called Hollywood. If the current state of Hollywood has taught us one thing, that is the fact that continuous work brings out the best success. Just look at the iconic, smashing record breaking achievement of Ryan Coogler and Michael B Jordan....
